Overall my experience with Porsche of Riverside was good. Rob Owen was my initial contact and my secondary contact was Charles White. Rob is a good young guy, however, his oral and written contact with me Rob Owen was my initial contact and my secondary contact was Charles White. Rob is a good young guy, however, his oral and written contact with me was not as good as my contact with Charles White. This could be attributed to Rob's lack of experience as a salesperson. More contact with Rob would have been beneficial for me as his customer. Unfortunately, I initiated most of my telephone conversations with Rob. Rob is personable and his product knowledge is good, his only shortcoming was his contact with his customer. More
