My Sales Executive Rick Valnoski is without a question just a phenomenal individual in every single way. What a way to buy a new car!!! ZERO pressure, incredibly knowledgeable, and I felt like I was treated like Rick’s family from the first time I met him months ago when I first began exploring purchasing a new Volkswagen. Kevin Zanoni who assisted in getting my financing squared away, and got me in, and out in a blink of an eye with my flawlessly clean car was amazing. I also was taken care of by of all people the Service Manager Mr. Mike Kayes who made me feel so confident in my purchase from a service side just further cemented in my mind that not only did I buy a great car, but I bought a great car from the best Dealership I have ever dealt with in ver 30+ years of buying many vehicles. Excellent Communication, Fast Transaction, No pressure After having issues with 2 other dealerships I was about ready to throw in the towel.I was looking for a specific model so the inventory was low.I sea After having issues with 2 other dealerships I was about ready to throw in the towel.I was looking for a specific model so the inventory was low.I searched the internet for dealers who had my car and was in luck.Was the color inside and outside I wanted.(previous dealer I almost linked the deal with had me putting 2000$ than I agreed to and the car was right color but not inside so it wasn't meant to be). So I took a chance with this dealership.I emailed of the website and had someone reply to me the next morning.Rick was the salesman that helped me out.I told him my needs and issues I had with other dealers.The biggest issue was being upside down on my old car due to miles,(I drive a lot lot).Rick kept in touch with me all day discussing the vehicle and price.We had the best case and worst case discussed.He met my number and I came down to Hamilton.I was greeted (not attacked like most dealers) and introduced.I sat and we went over things, his computer faces you in the chair so there is certainly no funny business.We did what we had to do, then met with the finance guy.The finance guy was down to earth and talked to you as you would a friend not a customer.He answered all the needs and did not try to force anything down my throat.When he was done I met with the salesman again to go over the car features and discuss anything else that may have been left out.I left happy in the exact card I wanted, terrific price, felt pressure free, and was in and out in about an hour!These guys are great and I highly recommend them.I've been to other dealers and give them the benefit of the doubt, but these guys exceeded expectations by far.They are my best experience ever even beating a dealer I've purchased 6 cars from prior. More
