I have been a customer of Brandon Honda since it was established! Great service. Easy to get an appointment that fit into my schedule. I was kept informed of the status of my vehicle. Cashier process was poor. Now that the dealership is charging for the use of credit cards, you need to make sure your systems can successfully process checks. Had to wait more than thirty minutes for the Service Manager to get a check processed through finance. Totally unacceptable!!! More

Unfortunately this dealership was unable to fix my car after having it worked on during the prior week. I then had to take it to another Honda dealership where they couldn’t fix it either. Apparently the after having it worked on during the prior week. I then had to take it to another Honda dealership where they couldn’t fix it either. Apparently the mechanic did not tighten 2 screws on the engine mount after replacing the rack and pinion for a second time on my Honda CRV. I had to take it to a regular non Honda mechanic and pay money for an error that Honda created. If I could give zero stars I would and will never ever be taking my car back to any Honda dealership. I will never buy another Honda because of this experience and Honda should be ashamed of how they treated me and continued to lie about how they couldn’t find the problem. They never even rechecked their work because if they had they would have found it. I have video proof of this and will be contacting cooperate for some compensation due to their negligence and that my family and I could have been seriously hurt if I didn’t take action into getting this fixed by a real mechanic. Unacceptable Honda. More

Got 1 hour oil change and the techs got it done in plenty of time. Rick, the service advisor was super helpful and knowledgeable. There was an issue during my service that I brought to the attention of the service guy right away. He took photos and said that he would reach out to me the following day to fix it. I waited a couple of the attention of the service guy right away. He took photos and said that he would reach out to me the following day to fix it. I waited a couple of days and emailed the service manager who said that he included the other guy on the email and they would be in touch. That was November 20th and now it is December 3rd and I haven't been contacted since. I would have accepted they told me they couldn't or wouldn't do anything to fix their mistake but to have absolutely no follow through on your email is disrespectful. Yes, it wasn't a huge mistake, but if this is how they take care of a small, simple matter- by ignoring it, it should give you an idea of how they would handle a bigger issue. More
