If I could leave a zero out of five I would. Some people there are nice but techs can’t fix anything and multiple issues with the vehicle itself and Mazda ignores your emails.. We were car shopping and made a visit to Leavens Mazda to lookover a CX-5. The Salesman Braedon Pedrosa was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He made us feel welcome and at ease with the visit. We did not end up purchasing from this dealer and it was of no fault of the sales person( his skills as a salesperson were right on the money). The CX-5 is a very good vehicle but, and hear this Mazda, GET RID OF THE CONTROL KNOB BETWEEN THE SEATS AND PUT IN A TOUCH SCREEN PLEASE. More

After a bad experience at the other Mazda dealership in town, we went to Leavens and we are glad we did. Jordan was beyond patient. He went over things with us carefully over a couple of days.
