This will be a mixed review. I purchased my 3rd Jeep from you. I pay cash for everything and I love my ride. My Jeep ended up being close to $85,000. This is no easy feat sin I purchased my 3rd Jeep from you. I pay cash for everything and I love my ride. My Jeep ended up being close to $85,000. This is no easy feat since I work for my money. I like my Jeep so much we ordered one for my husband. Here is where things get dicey. Ken Garff West Valley you went from a firm 5 to a dismal -20. We cannot get this Jeep finished and delivered. Your empty promises get worse by the minute. No callbacks, no color choices, too many oops. You have hung up on me 3 times today. If you can't get the parts, just tell me you can't get the parts. If someone was handing me ANOTHER 80K I would drink some dark green tin and fabricate those miserable rims. I wish so badly that I would not have done business with you. I think this is the most miserable, short sited experience I have had in a long long time. I am so disgusted with you and your shoddy customer service of which there is none, I wouldn't be surprised if we aborted this decision and you can mess with some other poor stupid fool, who would then be subjected to your special form of pain. But as far as we are concerned you are finished, dragging your feet, hanging up on us, can't, won't, don't think so, and totally and unequivocally finished with you. If we ever get this second Jeep I hope the tail lights work, because it is the last you will see of us. You might not need us but then again you might. More

So shady. They tell you that you have to pay for some theft prevention software that they put on your car, without your approval or agreeing to it. I said I didn’t want it or agree to them putting it on theft prevention software that they put on your car, without your approval or agreeing to it. I said I didn’t want it or agree to them putting it on the truck I had agreed to previously buy earlier. Say they put it on every vehicle. $995. I had a friend agree to sell me their truck thru this dealership, so they would pay less taxes on the Jeep they were buying. I go to buy the truck and Rhett the finance guy says I have to pay for this “Theft” software they put in the truck without my permission or the friend who I was buying it from. Such a scam. So dishonest. I would never buy another car from them. So disappointed in their dishonesty. These guys are the reason all the stereotypes of car salesman exist. I brought this all up to their face and they just shrugged their shoulders and said that’s just how it is. Too bad because I feel Rhett was just doing what he was told to do. Felt bad for him. He has to do this to every customer he deals with and must feel so awkward every time yet required to do it. By the way, they try and sneak it in when your about to buy the vehicle. When they show you all the line charges for the total price with tax and everything, they go down the different charges and try and casually mention it as one of the charges with documentation fee and taxes. So after expressing my frustration and disappointment that I knew what they were trying to scam me, I ended up just looking at Rhett and smiling because I felt so bad for him. He has to do this with every person who buys a vehicle from them. So I ended up being nice to him because I felt so sorry for him. More
