My Review of Georgian Chevrolet Buick GMC:
WE LIVE IN A WORLD OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS. CEL PHONES ,SMARTPHONES,TABLETS,I-PADS ETC. THIS IS MY THIRD VEHICLE PURCHASED AT GEORGIAN WITHIN THE LAST FOUR YEARS. WHILE AT THE DEALERSHIP THE SERVICE AND PEOPLE ARE FIRST CLASS. ALL I HAVE MET ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. HOWEVER I THINK THAT A PHONE CALL NOW AND THEN THANKING A CUSTOMER FOR BUYING OR BRINGING THEIR VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE WOULD ADD A PERSONAL TOUCH TO THE TRANSACTION. LISTENING TO A VOICE ASKING IF ALL WAS WELL I THINK WOULD ADD GREATLY TO THE SATISFACTION OF BOTH PARTIES. ELECTRONIC REVIEWS ARE FINE BUT A HUMAN VOICE IS NICE TO HEAR ONCE IN AWHILE.

My Review of Georgian Chevrolet Buick GMC:
Jim is probably the best car salesperson we've ever dealt with. Very friendly, not pushy & very knowledgeable of your inventory.
There have been 2 issues since picking up the car - and he's been extremely helpful in helping us to get the issues resolved. The first issue was a fairly big paint chip that was fixed for us today & the other issue is since picking up the car on Wed, today being Friday the brakes have started making an awful noise. Jim has arranged for us to bring the car in tomorrow (Sat) to get it fixed.
I'm very happy with his service, and would gladly recommend him to anyone looking to buy.

My Review of Georgian Chevrolet Buick GMC:
Thanks to the entire team I worked with to purchase my first brand new car. Shannon at reception was fun to work with and originally got me to come in to your dealership and look at new cars (So she deserves some gold stars). She right off the bat advised me she would get Dave to help me and I am very happy she did.
Dave was professional, honest and I really felt like he worked for me to get me the price I wanted for my trade in. It seems like with sales and customer service these days that you have to fight to get a good deal. With Dave, that was not the case at all! He really did make the differnece in the deal (Not to mention the little kicker at the end with the Golf pass!!). He took the time to show me the ins and out of the car before I left, and followed up a few days later to make sure I was having no problems and was happy.. First class service all the way.

Rheanna was more tham professional and easy to work with. She made the deal seamless and easy for me which is exactly what I needed. No hassel, no stress, No problem :)

I really do love my new ride, thanks to the entire team at Georgian Chevrolet that made my very first BRAND NEW CAR purchase a fun and exciting ... not to mention an easy as possible experience.

My Review of Georgian Chevrolet Buick GMC:
I purchase a 2007 sierra in 09 from Paul Sadalon a Regretable miskate!!!
since then i brought my truck in for service to georgain where i dealt with Mike Buch

He Was Amazing and very help full. service experience was incredible espically considering it was a dealership, where in the past pricing was usually high, at Georgian this was simply not the case. I have always been treated fair and kept up to date on the status of my trucks reapair and my wife Jen loved the spa days on modays.

After Mike Buch moved on from the service bay i was transfered to Cole Edwards as my new service Advisor.
Cole was great, he had big shoes to fill as my new advisor. As time moved on Cole stepped up to the challange and met all of my expectations and provided the same great level of service i was used to.

About 5 monthes ago i recieved an Email from Cole informing me he had left the service bay and moved on to sales. Congrats but i hope my new advisor ryan will continue the trend of same great service.

In September i myself transfered from Service into sales, where i began considering purchasing a new truck suited for personal use instead of a work vehicle.

Right away i knew i was buying at Georgian, and Cole's Name came to mind as he and i both transfered from service to sales.

I came in to georgian to see Cole he was not in, but the receptionist gave Cole a Call, he called back right away and offered to come in to see me 6 hrs before his shift began. We made arrangments to meet later that day, and have a colegue show me the vehicles avail i was looking for.

Cole called me later and brought the new sierra truck over to me to have for a few hours at work and took back my truck for appraisal. Most places would make you attend the dealership instead of comming to you.

He made a second tripp back with a 2nd truck and met me and my wife to have a look at as a slightly cheaper alternative. GREAT JOB!!!

we purchased the vehicle and dealt with Rheanna who was Super helpfull. i had concerns regarding some information needed to go ahead with the purchase for sat delivery. Rheanna Gave me her cell to reach her if i had questions while she was not in as did Cole. this is just one of the long list of small things that sets Georgian apart.

Your dealership should be thankfull for staff like this and there actions

This is the second vehicle that my wife and I have purchased from Georgian Pontiac. We came back to Georgian because of the excellent customer service that we were provided with when we purchased are Pontiac Montana. We have had a very positive experience at Georgian in the purchase of our new(used) Acadia. Keith Wood was very pleasant and enjoyable to deal with and very attentive to any issues we have had thus far. The vehicle had to be returned for service within the first few days for a few issues and we found the service and attention to the problems to be very good. Gerry Partridge has been my salesman for many years and looked after 3 generations of my family. He is an honest man and always has my best interest at heart. Larry Wilkey has been my service guy forever, Larry is one of the reasons that I have stayed with Georgian as long as I have. This was the first time that I have dealt with Rehenna but she was very nice, funny and made me feel very comfortable.

My Review of Georgian Chevrolet Buick GMC:
I had a great experience at Georgian. Larry Wilkie has been amazing since we started going there years ago. A great example was that when i bought out my moms vechicle, it had to go through the safety and be E tested. When we went to pick up my moms new truck, mine was not ready. Larry rushed over to the other service building to have the person do the E test before heading home (keeping i mind it was 4:30 PM)nothing gut great.

My family has been a a part of Georigan for three generations. Gerry does everything in his power to help to ensure that we are happy. Weve told him he is never aloud to retire.

Rehenna was awesome as well, she made sure everything ran smoothly so we had nothing to worry about. Her cheerful presence made the whole thing very easy, and no pressure.
