I brought my wife's vehicle in for service on Tuesday. Mark was great. He explained everything to me and got my car finished quickly. The price of the synthetic oil change was surprisingly low. We would like to share our exceptional experience with Service Manager, Regina Krauza, who not only addressed our concerns related to missing hood insulation but also provided us with more information abo Service Manager, Regina Krauza, who not only addressed our concerns related to missing hood insulation but also provided us with more information about their services going forward, including vehicle pickup and drop off. My wife and I purchased our first brand new 2024 Volvo XC60 Plus and noticed the car did not have an insulation pad installed under the hood. After calls to different members of the Staff, Regina helped us by calling a VP product engineer and researched the issue in her own time to give us a thorough and clear explanation as to why the vehicle no longer included a previously required component. Because of her excellent service, we left confident that our vehicle was fine and reassured that we purchased a quality vehicle that is backed by a good service center. We highly recommend anyone with any concerns to speak with Regina and have their vehicle services at Smythe. More
