The workers are great. The car is terrible. I have had many problems with a brand new car. After having the car for two weeks they had to install a new battery 🤦🏻♀️. Eve The car is terrible. Every time the car needs an upgrade date, the check engine light comes up.The service department has to due the update which takes 2 hours. These are only two problems of many which have occurred. It is not the fault of the service dept. it is the car!! More

Mark was exceptional! If I could have given him more than 5 stars I would have. Mark, Ryan and Lucas stayed well after hours until the particularly difficult issue with If I could have given him more than 5 stars I would have. Mark, Ryan and Lucas stayed well after hours until the particularly difficult issue with my key fobs was resolved. If I lived closer to this dealership, I would definitely go there for service. Regina put the best people in charge of my issues. The only reason I rated the dealership itself a 4 was that I had to ask my salesperson for missing documents several times before they were sent. He also did not call me when my registration came in, luckily Mark sent me up to the reception desk to ask and they were there. The document and registration fees were not explained to me prior to purchase and I did not realize until afterwards that there is a large variation in fees between New Jersey and New York. Initially, my salesperson said that there was not a Costco discount on pre-owned cars, even though I had a certificate. After checking with a manager, he found out that there was and applied it. I was rushed out of my session with the person explaining the car (even though we were not finished) to go to the financial person, only to wait there in the waiting room. Afterwards, I spoke to Val, who was very helpful and put me in touch with Regina, who assigned Mark to help me. I have nothing but the highest praise for Mark and the service team! More

Jessica, Mark, Ryan, and Regina, went above and beyond to get my car repaired. They keep me in the loop informing me of what had to be done and explaining why it was necessary. Luckily I had an extended war get my car repaired. They keep me in the loop informing me of what had to be done and explaining why it was necessary. Luckily I had an extended warranty and prepaid maintenance covering my car for 10 years of ownership so it was nice to walk away with a $0 repair bill.
