These were clearly manufacture We recently purchased a new vehicle at Smythe and unfortunately have had a variety of smaller warranty covered issues. These were clearly manufacturer issues - nothing to do with Smythe - and yet, Smythe took full ownership of everything that had gone wrong and stood by us to make sure it got fixed and worked with us to restore our confidence in the Volvo brand. We were particularly impressed with Regina Krauza's help in organizing the repairs and taking care of us in the aftermath. Together with Sean Flanagan she not only took us seriously but managed to turn a potentially bad situation into a very good one: we are very happy customers in spite of the hiccups we experienced - thanks to Regina's hard work - and would return for another Volvo from Smythe. It would be very easy to see how without Regina and Smythe's attitude we could have been left with a very different feeling. More
