That's what the folks at Smythe did for me this past week. And they did it with a smile. My questions were answered, my concerns were addressed, and my car is purring like a kitten. Kudos to all with special shout outs to Mike Watson, (Mr. Patience with those who don't understand cars), Regina Krauza, and Kevin Bergeron who went over and above my expectations at every step. My service advisor was Dina Thomson who handled the entire process professionally and efficiently. The repairs were complex and required that my vehicle be at Smythe for almost 2 weeks. I was given a 2019 XC60 as a loaner which softened the blow. The repairs were performed by Casey Keppler who went over and above to insure that everything was working perfectly. The service department at Smythe is the "gold standard" for any dealership. It's always a pleasure working with Dina and Dennis Jeffers. More
