He didn't try and pressure us into coming inside to chat about it Reece was so incredibly nice and helpful to us while we were looking at my vehicle! Used 2016 Dodge Caravan When I first inquired about a van, Reese called me to ensure I knew what I was looking at because I was driving from quite a distance. He was right - When I first inquired about a van, Reese called me to ensure I knew what I was looking at because I was driving from quite a distance. He was right - it was out of my budget. He could have got me there, and fooled me around, but he didn’t. He was upfront honest with me. He even looked at dealers closer to me on his own to see if there was a van in my price range that was new. There wasn’t. So I looked at the used ones and found one. So the next day I drove out to Buffalo and Reese was unable to be there but another salesman helped me. I didn’t want Reese to lose a sale - the new salesman said, “Reese always helps us, me helping him is just my chance to step in for him and I appreciate helping him”. I found a fantastic van that fits all my needs and my budget! Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the other salesman but everyone there was super kind to me. More
