Hello, My name is Randy Chin. I have been with INFINITI of Naperville for over 20 years starting back when the store was located in Lisle. I have been in the automotive industry for a total of 30 years all of them with INFINITI and/or Nissan. My primary role at INFINITI of Naperville is being a Sales Rep but I also handle New vehicle inventory ordering and acquisition. I take great pride in maintaining this aspect of our business. I grew up in the Elgin/Dundee area and now live in Aurora which is only a few miles from the dealership. I am an avid sports fan and really enjoy watching the Chicago Blackhawks in my spare time.

This is the third car I have purchased from this dealership which speaks volumns in itself. My salesman Rich Ligeza contacted me out of the blue with a deal on a new car that I could not pass up and dealership which speaks volumns in itself. He went above and beyond by finding the car in the color I wanted and kept me in the loop the whole way through the process. My search for a replacement Infiniti, to my G35 coupe, began approximately one year ago. During this time, I had been in touch with Rich Ligeza frequently. My goal was to find another G35 coupe, with lo began approximately one year ago. During this time, I had been in touch with Rich Ligeza frequently. My goal was to find another G35 coupe, with low miles, as that was my favorite style. However, through daily web research, I came across a 2009 Infiniti G37X coupe. I contacted Rich, and after checking into it, he informed me that the vehicle was sold, pending customer financing. The catch was, the customer was unable to qualify for a loan, and was searching for another loan source. Rich followed up with the sales associate who held the deal, and kept me informed as to the status of the vehicle. As soon as the vehicle was released for sale, Rich contacted me immediately, and we arranged a time for me to view, and potentially purchase it. During the waiting process, I had contacted Rich on another vehicle on the website. He took the time to look it over, and then contacted me back with an overview, and his opinion of the condition of the vehicle. Upon arrival to Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle, I was greeted by the receptionist, and Rich met me up front shortly after. Without going into too much detail, out of 5 prior auto purchases, this was BY FAR the most exceptional experience I have ever had at a dealership. A seamless experience from start to finish, in a relaxed, professional environment. Rich's exceptional customer service, and honesty, sealed the deal for me. He is the reason why I made my purchase at this particular dealership, even though it is approximately 30 miles from my residence, as I have had many poor experiences with Infiniti of Orland Park in the past. Thanks to Adam, the financing process was very smooth, and I was given numerous financing options. Randy spent approximately 1 hour, explaining everything in the car, and showing me how to operate everything from navigation, to programing phone numbers, etc. I will continue to recommend Rich, and Infiniti of Naperville, to anyone in the market for a used, or new car. Fast. Easy. Painless. Internet contact was easy to make and they were quick to respond. Sales consultants were friendly and informative. Rich was excellant. He was very honest on everything we needed to know about the G37 convertible. From informing us of how far we need behind the car prior to opening the hard top to being sure to not lea needed to know about the G37 convertible.
