Hello, My name is Randy Chin. I have been with INFINITI of Naperville for over 20 years starting back when the store was located in Lisle. I have been in the automotive industry for a total of 30 years all of them with INFINITI and/or Nissan. My primary role at INFINITI of Naperville is being a Sales Rep but I also handle New vehicle inventory ordering and acquisition. I take great pride in maintaining this aspect of our business. I grew up in the Elgin/Dundee area and now live in Aurora which is only a few miles from the dealership. I am an avid sports fan and really enjoy watching the Chicago Blackhawks in my spare time.

We bought our 2022 Infinity QX55 on August 19th.After looking for different suv"s for last 2 weeks, not loving what I test drove.My husband was in touch with Randy per phone call that day,he told him wha looking for different suv"s for last 2 weeks, not loving what I test drove.My husband was in touch with Randy per phone call that day,he told him what we thought we were interested in.When we arrived, he had the car washed and pulled out ready for us to test drive, only to not feeling the love for it.My eyes kepted staring over at the car we now own, the QX55.WE LOVE IT!! Randy's knowledge and professionalism was suberb.When we finally decided on this car it was a hour from closing time; but never felt rushed.He was so patient and kind and stayed after closing to show us hands on setting up phone and gadgets on car.Also Garrett the finance guy was awesome!Already telling my friends how wonderful Infinity of Naperville is.! More

This is a truthful honest review from someone that just bought a used vehicle from them. I don't know what to say guys... when I buy a vehicle from someone, I expect them to be as honest as can be. When I had the Toyota dealership check out the truck I bought from you, they were amazed by how you guys covered up the issues with the truck. You guys positioned the rear bumper so I could not see it was falling off, you positioned the back rear window so that I could not see that it was not completely broken and you did not mention anything about the right side mirror being completely broken as well. Now, what I will admit is that I knew there was something wrong with the back rear window but I was not sure exactly what it was (neither were they) but it came to a $1600.00 fix...no biggie...this is the only thing they were somewhat open about (saying somewhat is giving them more credit than they deserve). But they flat out hid everything else just to make a sale. I would never purchase from this dealership again. Just thinking about buying from them makes me sick to my stomach. Avoid at all cost. Make sure if you ever purchase a used vehicle from them, take a mechanic or demand that they allow you to take the vehicle for a used car inspection at a different dealership since you cannot trust them at all to be transparent about their used vehicles. Avoid this place; You've been warned. More

Though other Infiniti dealers are closer to my home in Lincolnwood, I drive the 40+ minutes to do business with Infiniti of Naperville because they have always treated me like family. I've leased and bought many cars from them over many years, since they were in Lisle. Their entire team from sales to service is fantastic. Other dealers could learn from them just what excellent customer service really is. I just wish Infiniti still made a full size sedan, like my Q70 that I bought off lease because they stopped making it, as I would have leased a new one from Randy Chin at Infiniti of Naperville.
