Ralph DiGennaro at Image Honda

I don't purchase vehicles often because the experience is usually dreadful. My last vehicle was 17 years old and needed to be replaced. My daughter has driven Hondas for a while, and has always been very happy with them, so I decided to see what Image Honda had to offer. I was amazed from the first moment I stepped into the dealership. Ralph Di Gennaro gave us a warm welcome and immediately put us at ease with his congenial manner and obvious desire to help us fill our vehicle needs. He was aware of a vehicle that was going to become available and he said this vehicle might fill our requirements, was in excellent condition and he was sure Image Honda could find a way to fit it into our budget. When the vehicle arrived, Ralph was able to give us a detailed history and go over the Car Fax with us. There was no hassle, no pressure, no tension. The vehicle was low mileage and spotlessly clean. Before the test drive Ralph went into some of the design features of the Honda CRV, and I could tell he was proud of all the thought that had gone into its design features. After the test drive we knew it would be the perfect vehicle for us. We next met with Julie McHugh who lead us through the service guarantee that was already on the vehicle and helped us decide how to best take advantage of our options. We made arrangements to pick up our new vehicle the following week to give Image Honda time to make sure the vehicle was up to their very high standards. We met with Theresa when we went to pick up the vehicle. She got us through the paperwork in a matter of minutes and then walked us out to the car. She took the time to show us many of the details about the car and helped me set the seat and mirrors up to suit me. She showed me where to keep my wheel locks, how to use my Valet Key, where the fuse panel was under the hood, and many more details that would make my first drive safe and enjoyable. I've been driving the car for a couple of weeks now and i couldn't be happier. I will be going to Image Honda for vehicle service. Theresa took me around to meet the service people and I was impressed by all the thought that has gone into making their customers comfortable and confident in the Service Department's ability to do the job. I have never had this kind of experience at a Car Dealership before. I don't feel like a customer. I feel like a fiend........and you know what....if it's not a Honda, it's just a car.

Excellent service and extremely nice staff. Everyone that we dealt with (Ralph, Billy and Julie) were very polite, helpful and never pushy. I would recommend Image Honda to anyone. The icing on the cake is, we love the Civic Honda that we purchased. It is our first experience with a Honda product but certainly not our last.

i would like to say thank you for having Ralph DiGennaro and Billy Lee Poy at this Honda dealership, they made me very happy with my service. They made me feel good for choosing the right vehicle to trade my car off. i will recommend them to my families and friends if they are planning to buy a new vehicle. so i thank them again for a great customer service!!! This Dealership is FABULOUS!!! I would recommend them to anyone; family, friend, co-worker, neighbour or anyone else interested in buying a vehicle.

The CUSTOMER SERVICE this dealership gives to their potential clients and existing clients is absolutely above and beyond!
Please let me explain....

I was out shopping for a new car on a Saturday and time was flying; I was at a competitor dealership of a different brand of vehicles being pressured to sign on the dotted line because if I didn't on that day the interest rate was going to increase on Monday. I was really wanting to check out Honda before I decided but time was ticking. I decided to take a chance and I left to go to Image Honda with just 10 minutes before they closed. I walked in the door and was greeted with smiles and welcomes and five minutes before shutting down for the day Ralph took the time to speak to me, allow for a test drive and go over every fine detail; 3 hours after closing time, Billy was doing the paperwork and I was a very happy and proud owner of a new Honda!
I appreciated their "overtime" immensely!!!!

My next issue was that the car I was currently driving was no longer roadworthy and I needed my new Honda as soon as possible and Billy and Ralph managed again to jump through hoops to get me into my new "SAFE" Honda vehicle as quickly as possible! After a busy weekend of sales and being the very last on the list of buyers, I was in my new Honda in 3 business days! These men are amazing at Customer Service!

The next fabulous Customer Service experience I had was when Image Honda gave a Client Information night shortly after receiving my vehicle. The opportunity to meet the Staff and go through every detail of the Service Department was unexpected and very informative; this is when I truly felt a part of the Image Honda family! The extra step that they offer to reinforce the fact that they truly care about their clients; they don't just take your money and send you on your way, they take as much time as YOU need to feel confident in your purchase. To increase the happiness I was feeling even more, Tony provided me with free Nitrogen in my tires and I won a Honda car detailing kit!

There are other details I could share that would continue to put Image Honda above the rest but this review is getting quite lengthy. I'll just say when I lost my key, Honda was there with empathy, care and the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS WOMEN HAS EVER HAD!
I have a fantastic Honda vehicle and a dealership where I feel like everybody knows my name and they're always glad I came;)

Oh and I should mention.... All of this was at an even lower interest rate than the pressuring competitor was offering!

Staff were very professional and friendly. I would recommend this dealer to my friends. The CRV is very good to drive, have put about 300km in a week. The controls are easy to understand and to see.

I could not have asked for a better experience than the one I received at Image Honda. Being the first car I would ever purchased, of course I was already nervous and stressed out, but i'm really glad that I found Ralph to help me through the process. He was extremely well-versed in the process, as well as the details of my specific car, among others. Very down to earth, and not "slimy" like some of the other salesmen i came across on my search.

Julie also really knew what she was talking about. She was very informative and helpful when deciding what types of plans and warranties would be best for me.

I would (and have!) definitely recommend Image Honda to my friends & family! Thanks guys!

The experience at image Honda was great. It was un-pressured and relaxing.
As relaxing as it could be buying a new car. Ralph explained everything, wrote everything down
And made me feel at ease. What was really impressive is Ralph listened
To my needs. When the third civic came in he called me right away, because
he new my situation. That was wonderful. Julie made financing my car a cake walk
Explained everything about financing and the extended warranty,
Which I got because it was so affordable compared to other
Companies. All and all it was easy and enjoyable.

Before the staff member called me from the dealership, I said to a friend, I am going to send a thank you note to the staff at Image Honda because, well, every single person that I talked to was very friendly and very helpful. I had been to a dealer where the salesperson tried to sell me a car by telling me I would look good in it -- very insulting. The salesman treated me with respect and answered all my questions, and talked to me as if I was knowledgeable, not talking down to me. He knew the car that he was selling, and he provided me with all the information I needed. I came in early to pick up my car because of unforseen difficulties with my trade-in, and all the staff were able to send me home with my new car several hours earlier than planned. In all the deadlings, all the staff were upfront, friendly, competent and helpful. And the bonus is that I love my new 2001 Honda Civic. I would DEFINITELY recommend Image Honda!!
