I asked why and was told it’s too much work for the finance manager without the promise of a sale. She told me they didn’t run my credit and I left. There is a hard inquiry from Lexus in my credit. I recently purchased a pre-owned Subaru WRX at Lexus of Akron Canton. It was raining the day I was available to view/testdrive the car. I called to make an appointment and was connected with Yoko, a fantas Akron Canton. It was raining the day I was available to view/testdrive the car. I called to make an appointment and was connected with Yoko, a fantastic sales associate. I asked Yoko if they could get the cat inside and dry it for me to inspect as I am a stickler for paint condition. Yoko agreed and when I arrived she was personally drying it in a service bay. The manager and finance lady gave me similar great experiences. No one was pushy, they wanted to make sure the car was a good fit for me. I have bought dozens of cars in my life and this was the best experience I can remember. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! More
