It is always good to know someone in the business who recommended DCH Montclair Acura and put me in contact with a salesperson. Customer service and professionalism were what I noticed the most. Reached a reasonable price and was a few incentives to close the deal. Processing the purchase, insurance, and down to the license plates were seamless. The dealership treated each person as being an important customer at the onset of the arrival greeting to the end of purchase process and delivery. Everyone is entitled to make something from the deal and I believe I got what I believed was reasonable and the dealership got what they needed to make the sale. Now, the next step, I expect the same from the service department as far as customer service, honesty, and competitive pricing. More

As soon as my husband and I entered, Annabel was very courteous and greeted us immediately. They were both very knowledgeable about the car and helped me temporarily lift my credit block with no issues. They even informed me that as a recent graduate, I could receive a deduction, something that I didn't even know about. I'm very greateful for their help, as this was something that I would've missed out on if they didn't inform me about it. Paul also gave a very thorough run through of the car's features and answered any last minute questions we had. Jaime in finance was also very knowledgeable and patiently described everything I was signing. He also worked with me in getting an employment verification letter, as I had recently changed jobs. Overall this was a very good experience and I enjoyed working with Annabel, Paul, and Jaime. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a new car. More

He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had been car shopping for several weeks and the minute I ended up at Acura the experience was amazing. Paul did not rush or try to get me to buy quickly. He discussed options and helped me decide what my best options were. The staff is courteous and easy to work with. The finance department, Hamad Matari, was thorough and took his time going through the plan. He even shared information on teenage drivers. The whole experience was wonderful. He was able to show me specialized features and answer my questions on the test drive, without getting in the way of my exploring the car's driving experience. I am still in the process of cross-shopping, and he didn't pressure me about upgrades or to make a decision on the spot, as I've experienced at other dealerships. Paul drew up a price proposal which was very competitive. As I was leaving, Sales Manager Robert Westervelt came over to greet me, and was immediately able to sense the kind of buyer I am and empathize with my needs, and why the Acura would meet them. No pressure, only a wonderful experience. If I end up deciding on the TLX, I will be very happy to give DCH Acura my business. More
