This is the second time that I purchased a new car from Gates. I have had an excellent experience in dealing with the sales staff and the service staff at Gates over the last 4 years. This was the best car purchasing experience I have had. The entire staff, even those that I didn't actually work with, was professional, friendly and courteous. Gates offered a fantastic internet price on the vehicle. When I walked into the showroom, Paul greeted me and we immediatley located the truck, drove it and sat down to talk price. No pressure, just right to business and the bottom line, which I appreciated. I left a deposit to think about the purchase over the weekend, and did some research at other dealerships. No one could even come within $2000 of Gates price. On Monday, my only decision was which color and options. And that was wasn't the simplest, because Gates had so many more Frontiers than any of the other dealers. On Tuesday I returned, and within about 90 minutes, completed the transaction, including financing. If I had any complaint, it would be that the internet price was so low, I couldnt squeeze another penny out of the deal. But that's the kind of complaint you actually like to have. If the price alone wasn't good enough, since I had no trade-in and live 30 miles away from Gates, Paul even offered to have someone pick me up so I wouldn't have to find a ride to get my new truck. I would have to categorize that as above and beyond. More

This is a quality dealership. The producs and the staff are great. Since we have been doing business with Gates for many years we knew what to expect and we were not disappointed. I had a very positive experience with Gates GMC Nissan. As soon as I arrived the car I was interested in was ready and up front for me to look at. I was taken on an extensive tour of your dealorship and your vision of the dealorship in the future was brought to light. Paul was straight forward with no gimmicks and Ryan worked with me to get me the deal I was looking for. Nick did a nice job with the financing, providing me with a stress free and friendly experience. I would recommend Gates to anyone and will be a returning customer when the time comes.
