We love going to Gates, everyone is very friendly and helpful...... They all have a great personality and welcome you with smiles..... I have never been to Gates, if it weren't for Autobytel and that I was looking for a Lacrosse I would have never traversed to North Windham but my choices were MJ's Brustolon, Wallingford Buick GMC and Gat and that I was looking for a Lacrosse I would have never traversed to North Windham but my choices were MJ's Brustolon, Wallingford Buick GMC and Gates. I've dealt with MJ Sullivan for 25 years and was always satisfied. I visited them for the Lacrosse, Brustolon never bothered to answer autobytel Paul answered immediately and Wallingford the next day. So in that order I would visit each dealer. It's obvious I had no reason to go to Wallingford or return to MJ's. I am thoroughly impressed with your facility and all those that make it what it is. I believe your reputation with your customers and those that have yet to become one is the most important thing over all else. This was our first time at A Gates Facility. From the moment we drove in we were very impressed. The Grounds are immaculate, the personnel were all friendly, welcomed us like old friends. We were were greeted by a sales person right away, given a tour of the facility, then we sat down and were asked questions about our needs and wants. Tomas was truly interested in us and and matched us to the Nissan that fit our needs. The facility inside was spotless even at 7:00 PM. at night. All the personnel were neat and polished. We have not been to a facility like this before. This was a great experience. Every one bent over backwards to put a deal together and make this car buying experience as pleasant as possible. The customer service is great!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car!!! I felt completely comfortable with everyone I worked with!!
