My experience was very, very good. This was my first time buying a new car, so I had lots of questions and brought along plenty of research (Consumer Reports, Kelley Blue Book, etc). It being used, there are a couple minor problems with the car, mostly electrical, that would have been nice to not have to deal with. But overall, the car seems solid, and I'm going to enjoy it for a while. Again, the experience was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful and patient. Thanks! More

This has to be one of my best experiences in 50 years of buying a car. Paul spent the entire day in making my delivery complete. I arrived at 11am, shopped, test drove, made a decision after lunch, the leas buying a car. Paul spent the entire day in making my delivery complete. Ryan LaPierre was very helpful with working within my price range, and suggest I take the Rogue for a test drive. Paul Bacon explained and showed me all the features of the Rogue, I was sold before I even sat down in the car. Paul was very friendly and made it an easy transition to a new car. when going to Gates dealership they make me feel like I matter and they were professional, polite, and always answered any questions that I may ask of them. in fact, everyone who worked in the show room w matter and they were professional, polite, and always answered any questions that I may ask of them. in fact, everyone who worked in the show room was courteous, kind, and would ask me if I needed anything when I was waiting for a quote. overall, I would recommend anyone to go to gates first and check out their inventory when purchasing a new car.
