Return customer buying a honda again! I bought a Honda Civic in 2002 from this dealer and had a great experience. After several years and needing a larger vehicle, I traded that in for a I bought a Honda Civic in 2002 from this dealer and had a great experience. After several years and needing a larger vehicle, I traded that in for a VW Tiguan. Since having the VW Tiguan, I had so many issues and had to visit VW for service so many times, it became frustrating. Now that I have a baby on the way, it was only natural that I needed an even larger vehicle, that was more reliable. Since I had such a great experience with my Honda and Martin Honda long ago, I decided this was the first place I would look for my new vehicle. I chose to look no further. I purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot on Black Friday and was very happy with my purchasing experience. The sales consultant, Mayra Lopez, worked with my husband and I through the whole process, even though we stayed way past her shift. She made sure we understood everything and made the process smooth. The only down side to this deal was that it took a reallllly long time. (over 4 hours) We had additional parts ordered (roof rails, side chrome, cargo mat and cover, and floor mats) that were not available on the vehicle or at the time of purchase. It took only a few days for these items to come in, and scheduling the service was easy. I would highly recommend Honda and Martin Honda Dealers. More
