Thankful for service but a bit disappointing at the end I had an overall good experience upon trading in my Cadillac CTS and getting a new Dodge Challenger. The conversations I had with Marc were very professional and honest via telephone, email in person. Very good part of the team at this dealership. Derek was also very good, was very honest and helpful. The Manager Moe went above and beyond to ensure I had the best deal possible, very great guy. The only part of my experience I didn't really like was after the deal was completed and I had to get my belongings out of my old car and place them in my new car Derek was kinda rushing, it appeared so due to more people were showing up at the dealership. I'm not sure even now if I have all my belongings out of my old car. I was told my tank would be full, but I received a half of tank of gas and what I was told as far as the car being detailed before leaving did not occur. It was complete rush job at that end. Marc helped alot at the end helping me get my belongings as much as possible. More

Time for my third Hyundai Several years ago, I bought my first Hyundai (a Santa Fe). I have been hooked ever since. Not only with the vehicles, but with the sales and service departments at Jason Pilger. I returned three years ago for my second Hyundai (a Genesis Couple) and the day before yesterday for my third (an Elantra). I went in with specific requirements..... for both the vehicle and car payment. They arranged for me to take a vehicle home for my daughter (who will also be driving it) to see. Then, yesterday, they helped me acquire a car with more options than I had anticipated, but with a monthly payment that had me smiling when I left. Of course, the pretty blue car with a sunroorf is also making me smile this morning. :) Thanks to all of you at Jason Pilger!!!! More

So easy and quick! After totaling my truck out I was now in a position where I had to purchase a new car. Never really bought a car on my own in the past, I looked arou After totaling my truck out I was now in a position where I had to purchase a new car. Never really bought a car on my own in the past, I looked around to various dealers and various makes/models. After coming across the Jason Pilger website I found a total of 4 cars that caught my attention. The first trip I made was less than stellar, but I then found out that it was one of those days that everyone in retail has from time to time.....too many customers, not enough staff. Working in retail myself, I knew they deserved another chance so I came back the next day and am so glad I did. Met with Justin, who was uber nice, and test drove 2 different cars. I told him what I wanted to spend and he was able to make it happen. No haggling, no hassle! Justin was easy to talk to and actually listened to what I had to say, wasn't pushy at all. What really sealed the deal for me was them working hard to get me financed. I have less than good credit (it's horrible, actually) and have been turned down from other dealers, but they were able to make it happen. I was able to drive away with a 2013 Avenger at a price you couldn't beat with a stick. I will for sure be back when it's time for another one! Thanks guys for making it so easy, quick, and giving me a GREAT experience with my first time buying a car!!!!!! More
