Wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle here at all. Dealt with Greg and he is a nice guy, just doesn't seem to try and work for you to get anything done. I ended up having to talk to the trade in "expert" directly, then it was a matter of them overcharging for features like ceramic coating (which I never asked for, but they claimed it already came with the vehicle). Also was low-balled on my trade-in offering half of what it's worth. The General Sales Manager, Chris was also rude. When I asked about the refund on my deposit and if that was possible, he asked why. I told him that I don't feel good about the deal because they weren't willing to meet us half way. Chris mentioned that they wouldn't have a problem selling the vehicle to someone else. Very rude, don't feel valued and felt like I was constantly trying to not get nickel and dimed. More

Terrible service. No customer service whatsoever. Ordered a vehicle over 6 months ago only to find out that the agreement was cancelled 6 month later. What a waste of No customer service whatsoever.
