Your website claims to "deliver quality service & the best solutions to your vehicle needs" SO NOT OUR EXPERIENCE! Purchased this used vehicle with the promise that they would ensure that this best solutions to your vehicle needs" SO NOT OUR EXPERIENCE! Purchased this used vehicle with the promise that they would ensure that this vehicle would be reliable & road worthy. Within days of taking possession the exhaust system sensor came on. Since then this vehicle has been in & out of Skaha Ford's shop for weeks at a time for the same issue. After these several attempts, they refused to repair it citing that it was not feasible for them. Perhaps it would have been more feasible if you had repaired it properly the first time? When I attempted to contact them to discuss any further solutions and or options, they ghosted me! Is this your idea of quality customer service??? Many thanks to the highly competent service team at Bannister Chevrolet for diagnosing this issue & repairing it in less than 2 days (Amazing!) Should have dealt with the professionals in the first place. More
i had a warning light go on , on my 2012 F250 diesel pick up . so i stopped in to the service department to make an appointment to have it looked at . Ryan had my truck in with in an hour and had it diagnose up . so i stopped in to the service department to make an appointment to have it looked at . Ryan had my truck in with in an hour and had it diagnosed and back out about an hour later. Sean explained what had to be done and took his time to explain it to me. i felt like they service department didn't look at me as a dollar sign but and a friend who needed some real honest service for his vehicle. Skaha Ford will be my go to service department from now on. More

Trying to connect with them since morning. seams like owner doesn't care. They sold me car with faulty engine. Told me to bring it back to there dealership. They sold me a car with engine check light on saying it has minor issue. My fault is only that I trusted them and signed the binder. I have been a customer with this dealership through different owners since 1993. This dealership is now terrible service. They no longer indicate on the invoice how much time was spent on repairs. different owners since 1993. This dealership is now terrible service. They no longer indicate on the invoice how much time was spent on repairs. They no longer show you the broken parts they have taken out of your car. They no longer wash your car before they give it back to you and mine was much dirtier then when I took it there as it sat outside and in the shop for nearly two weeks. They told me two different stories as to what was wrong with the car. The first being that it would take 2 months to get the part. Then they said if I wanted the a new clutch they could fix it in two days. Two days turned into 7 . No loaner car available either. More
