The lease on my 2011 Subaru Legacy was due to expire so I contacted various Subaru dealers via email for pricing on a 2014 Outback 2.5i Limited. Most of the dealers would just call and try to get you to visit them and get pricing. I did not want to drive around just to get pricing since I already knew what I wanted to purchase. Kristen and Peter from Quality Subaru were very helpful and got back to me with pricing for our Outback. They said they could also handle the return of my leased Legacy. We made an appointment to visit them and test drive the Outback. Gary Thomsen spent a great deal of time demonstrating all the features, options, buttons and their functions. My wife and I both drove the Outback in town and on the highway. It was the most extensive test drive we have experienced. Gary was a pleasure to work with. We returned to the dealership and ordered our Outback. When it arrived a couple of weeks later Gary called us and we made an appointment to pick it up. Gary and Mike Ward were very thorough in going over everything with us. Gary also took the time to help set our favorite radio stations, set up my Bluetooth, and program my garage door opener into HomeLink. Quality Subaru made to whole auto purchase process easy. More

We had an excellent experience at Quality Subaru in Wallingford, CT. Everyone we spoke with was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I leased a Subaru Forester 3 years ago from another dealership and was not happy with my sales or service experience so I decided to test out Quality Subaru for my service. I have been going there for dealership and was not happy with my sales or service experience so I decided to test out Quality Subaru for my service. I have been going there for approx 2 years and Paul and the rest of the service department has always been very friendly and helpful. Fast forward to present...my lease was up and I decided to try Quality Subaru for my new vehicle. I was happy with the Subaru brand so I wanted to turn my lease in and purchase a new 2014 Forester. From the minute I walked into the showroom, Gary and the rest of the staff made me feel like I had known them forever and that they really cared about making sure I was happy with my choice. I have always HATED the whole car buying experience, but they managed to make it fun! I have never had such a positive experience and would highly recommend this dealership for all sales and service needs! More

I had a very efficient and straightforward sales experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and I indicated that I was interested in a best price quote and would be receiving quotes from several deale experience. Quality Subaru beat other quotes without the back and forth with the manager routine which is so tiresome. The price and the overall experience were favorable and not at all unpleasant. More

I would recommend Quality Subaru in a heartbeat to anyone. I was referred to Ralph Aquino by a good friend of mine, and it was readily apparent from the outset why she thought so highly of him. Nothing could be more pleasant than working with a straight shooter which is exactly who Ralph is. He did an extremely thorough job of describing the different cars. Once we got to the point of actually purchasing a vehicle the back and forth was very straight forward leading to the sale. From there both Ed Chen and Mike Ward were very helpful in terms o f helping explain not only the financing options but the various extended warranties as well. I got the impression that they were trying to help me understand the various products they sell not that they were trying to sell me something for the sake of making a profit it on it. Very reassuring to be sure. All in all, it was a great buying experience, and I would recommend Quality Subaru to anyone. More

I was looking for an AWD wagon which limited my selection to Subaru and only a few others. Ralph described the benefits of the Subaru in a positive way without being pushy or defensive. In July of 2013, I was searching for a new Subaru. I already owned a Subaru Impreza hatchback but wanted a newer model. I loved the car, so keeping with the same make was easy. After doing a ton of research I decided that I wanted the WRX hatchback. Now all I had to do is find a dealership I wanted to do business with. I contacted just about all of the Subaru dealerships in Connecticut, which gave me plenty of options. Quality Subaru in Wallingford was one of the the first dealerships I dealt with. Matt Stent, a sales and leasing consultant, was my point of contact via online. My initial impression of him was he was an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable about my specific car needs. He was very thorough when searching for the WRX that I wanted, including the color and options. He was prompt to reply to my e-mails and was never pushy. On a whim, I visited Quality Subaru one morning. I walked in and was greeted by Matt. He remembered our e-mails and we continued talking about the car and what I was looking for. While we talked business, staff members went out and looked at my old car as I was planning on trading it in. I was really impressed how thorough they were when looking it over. They just didn't look at it, but combed through it. It showed me they cared and took their jobs seriously. It was very professional. While meeting with Matt, he went off to research my new vehicle. While waiting, the owner Joe Blichfeldt, came over, sat down and talked to me. It wasn't a sales pitch or done to hook me into their dealership. Mr. Blichfeldt was genuine and very personable. I was impressed that he took the time to come over and talk to me. After talking with the staff there, including Matt and Mr. Blichfeldt I didn't feel like I was in a car dealership, but felt like I was among friends. They were genuine, never pushy and very professional. They made me feel comfortable and didn't make me feel like I was in a car dealership, which can be quite intimidating and uncomfortable. After discussing numbers with Matt, he was able to work within my budget. I ended buying my car there and don't have a bad thing to say about their dealership or the folks who work there. I was very pleased with my experience at Quality Subaru. There is no doubt that I'll be going back there again for any future Subaru needs. I highly recommend Matt Stent and hope you have as pleasant experience as I had. *Note* I also dealt with general sales manager Mike Ward while Matt was off one day. Mike was just as helpful as Matt. He was prompt to get back to my calls, was very patient, as I went back and forth with car colors. I enjoyed working with him as well. I also met with business manager Ed Chen while going through my financial paperwork. I thought he was a nice guy and very professional. More

this is my 5th subaru from Quality-owning a total of 9.i have been dealing with them from when they first opened & have been very satisfied with the service from all the depts.on my latest visit i basicall have been dealing with them from when they first opened & have been very satisfied with the service from all the depts.on my latest visit i basically just went to look @ a few cars i had picked out on the internet--wound up buying one on the spot.the salesperson,Gary,read me pretty well & showed me what was the best choice in cars for me.i had it in two days.there was one small glitch which was remedied almost immediately.Paul from service was very helpful also-as usual.i have always recommended Quality & i will continue to do so. More

Great experience strated on day 1. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and did not use hard sales methods. They were ready to answer any question and focoused on the product they sold and not why t very friendly, helpful and did not use hard sales methods.
