New Car Purchase Wanted to purchase a 2015 Outback. We were told we had to order a car and it would take 8 -10 weeks to get due to manufacture back log. After working with the General Manager we were able to get a car within a week. We had to take on more options in stock car (literally off the delivery truck). They did not come off price as much as we wanted due to demand and dealer trade, but overall very happy with the purchase. More

2nd Subaru bought here at Quality Subaru We have purchased 2 Outbacks from Quality Subaru and found the the staff to be very helpful. They answered the question I had and didn't apply the High Pressure techniques that other car dealers use. The Fist car we purchased is used about 19,000 miles a year in Home care. It's over all reliability, handling in the Snow in the hilly region of Connecticut.is excellent. The second car will do more of the same. My son saw the way the 2 cars perform and how the staff handled us at Quality Subaru plans to purchase a Forester there in the next 3 month's. Sincerely, Dave L More

Good to go! This is the third or four new car we have purchased from Joe and his team over the years. Each time the process has become easier with no problems encountered. We stopped by last Sunday, saw a Imprezza hatchback that we liked, drove it and completed the deal that day. We turned in our 2011 Imprezza for a 2014 and picked it up on Thursday. The extra that they threw in just sweetened the deal and now we are Good to Go. Thanks Joe, Chad, Mike and Ed! Subaru Legacy 2012 I am a college student and went car shopping with my parents a couple Saturdays ago. I new that I wanted a white Subaru Legacy. When I was looking at I am a college student and went car shopping with my parents a couple Saturdays ago. I new that I wanted a white Subaru Legacy. When I was looking at the used car lot there were two Subaru Legacys, one blue and one grey. They were both at a very good price, but I did not like the colors. Mike, our salesperson, then told me about a 2012 Subaru Legacy that was white, was just traded in and was in the shop being cleaned. It had a sunroof, spoiler, and tints which were a huge plus. As soon as he brought me to it, I knew I had to have it. Mike Ward then spoke with my father on how we can finance it. Him and Ed Chen helped us so much in the Finance department and did everything they could to make sure I got the car. They were able to get it down to monthly payments that we could afford, which was a huge help. I could not thank the people at Quality Subaru enough for everything they did for me and my family to make sure we were happy and I was able to have my dream car. More
