Mike did a great job of finding several vehicles for me to review and select from. Mike made sure the truck was available from another dealer and wasted no time in getting it here. This was the most AWESOME car deal I have ever been involved with!!! It was late in the evening and no one was rushing, there was no hassle, they gave me a really good trade in value for my truck and I involved with!!! I love my "new" used truck and I Will be returning to them for future purchases, they have a bit of everything!!!! More

My experience at Midway Motors was outstanding! The friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff were the best I have dealt with in all of the years I have been buying cars. This was the first new car t friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff were the best I have dealt with in all of the years I have been buying cars. This was the first new car that my family and I have purchased and I have to tell you what a pleasure it was buying this car. Mike Gumm was my sales manager and I had been dealing with him for about 2 months looking on and off at different vehicles that would fit our family needs. Mike was amazing to deal with, his up front honesty and vast knowledge of vehicles made it easy for us to finally settle on a crew cab pickup that was perfect for us. I also worked with Stephen Floyd in the finance department; he did a great job of breaking down the numbers and taking the time to explain all of the details and fine print. I was also excited when he called me the following day and told me that I qualified for another discount on my vehicle thus saving us more money and a lower monthly payment. The Hoover family has done a great job of turning Midway Motors into one of the primer car dealerships in the state of KS. Jason and his staff did a great job making us feel welcome and part of the family from the moment we walked in all the way up to the end when we left. At the end of the day, I felt like this dealership...the sales staff and finance office...had treated me and my family like we were important to them as people, not just another customer that had come throu sales staff and finance office...had treated me and my family like we were important to them as people, not just another customer that had come through their door. They did their best to find us a vehicle that would meet our needs. We felt cared for, not sold to. There was no pressure, no obvious push to get us into a vehicle. The staff, also, seemed glad to be there. Everyone I met, even if in passing, was friendly and smiling. I was well pleased at the experience, with no buyer's remorse. More

We were in need of a new vehicle for me to use for my work, I had heard about Midway Motors and that they had a web site. I went online and found their site. It was very easy to navigate and I soon fo work, I had heard about Midway Motors and that they had a web site. I went online and found their site. It was very easy to navigate and I soon found a van that looked like what I wanted. I called and Mike Gumm answered the phone even though it was almost closing time and treated me as if he had all the time in the world to talk to me. We made arrangements for me to come to the dealership to see the van. When my wife and I arrived we were treated very nice and soon Mike was helping us through the process of the purchase. We talked as if we were old friends and it made things go so much better. We drove away in our new(used) van with confidence that we had made a good decision. Thank you Mike for all your help. More

My experience so far is only with the sales process, not repairs or maintenance. I set out to buy a truck from a dealer from whom I have purchased my last 4 vehicles. I explained what I was looking for repairs or maintenance. I set out to buy a truck from a dealer from whom I have purchased my last 4 vehicles. I explained what I was looking for and was told they would look for a vehicle and call me. A month later they e-mailed me a spam message requesting I contribute to a charity event they were sponsoring. The only response I received from them. I tried the local dealer closest to where I live. I explained what I was looking for and they told me they had that exact vehicle and made me a quote. It was one on their lot and was the wrong color, wrong size and wrong engine and had a completely different list of options than I was looking for. I repeated what I was looking for and they had a different one that was just what I needed. Wrong color, wrong size, wrong options, etc. I told them I wasn't interested unless they could find what I was actually looking for. They said they would find one and call me. Never heard another word from them. I tried www.autotrader.com and Midway Ford responded to my request. Mike listened to what I was looking for and said he would try to find one. He worked diligently and found one, but it was sold out from under us. He found some more that were close and explained the particular options that were causing him difficulty in finding the exact option list. They weren't deal killers and by giving up 1 desired option, Mike was able to find a vehicle quickly. Knowing I was pressed for time and leaving on a long trip in a week, Mike flew someone to the truck who drove it back to Midway and it was ready four days before I was leaving. Mandi was very helpful in coordinating events and relaying information back and forth for Mike and me. Wayne did a very thorough and professional job of explaining all the financing and warranty alternatives, allowed me to choose without undo pressure and processed all the paperwork in record time. Mike went over the vehicle thoroughly with me and explained all the new features and functions. The dealership was neat and clean. All the employees were friendly and helpful. I was quite surprised to find a dealership this large in such a small rural town. It became apparent that the owners have a good handle on growing a successful business. Midway clearly wanted my business and the employees worked hard to meet my needs. I'm very pleased with the whole experience and hope Midway is also. More
