When we go the word, my wife and I decided to take a vacation day and go car shopping for a new vehicle. We were going to go to a few dealerships but decided to start with Dahl Ford. We walked in the door and met Gunnar, and explained why we were in that day. He expressed his sympathy and got right to work finding us what we were looking for. He listened to our wants and didn't try and force us into anything. He just genuinely wanted to find us the right vehicle for us. Turns out, that was a new Ford Edge. Gunnar took us for a test drive, then crunched some numbers to find out that a new 2018 would give us the best rebates. The whole team did a great job of keeping things affordable. Dahl didn't have an Edge on the lot, but Gunnar did a locate for us and found one that had everything we were looking for. I expressed a little concern that it would take too long for the Edge to get in because my wife was 9 months pregnant. I really didn't want to worry about finalizing a new vehicle purchase with a newborn. Gunnar understood and got the vehicle in just 3 days after we walked in the door! All told, we spent MAYBE 3 hours at the dealership. I don't think I've ever had a smoother purchase process. I picked it up this afternoon and couldn't be happier! The car shopping experience can be stressful enough. But after a serious accident and with a baby ready to be born any minute, it could have been almost unbearable. Gunnar and Dahl Ford made sure that didn't happen. They made the process easy, stress-free and, thanks to a few lame jokes from Gunnar, pretty dang fun! I cannot say enough good things about the Dahl Ford Team. When the time comes to buy another vehicle, you can bet I'll be going to Dahl! More

I felt very comfortable talking to Elias; he listened attentively to my interests, options, and patiently answered all my questions. After all, it had been 17 years since I last bought a SUV. I was allowed ample time to test drive without feeling pressured and am very satisfied with my purchase. I will continue to highly recommend your dealership to family/friends. After exhaustive searches on our own, getting ignored by several dealers, Having a bad experience with a dealer in central Iowa, we called Dahl Ford - noticing they had a truck that we might be interested in. What happened next was not expected. We were invited to come and look at what they had and were extremely friendly and personable. They call their contact staff VIP service - and that is exactly what it is. As it turns out, the truck that brought us there was not exactly what we wanted, so we asked our salesman Steven Galanius to help us find a truck that we would like. Long story short - he worked with us in every request we had without hesitation and ultimately found us the truck that we wanted. In addition - they offered us great pricing without having to haggle a bunch. When there were a couple of issues in question, they showed us that they wanted to make it right and we had a great experience. After the sale I had several service and upgrade questions, and Steven was also very accommodating to help us talk with the right people to answer my questions. No delays in responsiveness and He always seemed to want to do his best to get us what we wanted. More
