The team at this Toyota dealer is great! I initially worked with Jeff and he was excellent - really knowledgeable about Toyotas in general and the features of the RAV4 specifically. He was assertive and customer focused, but not high pressure. I was looking at a few cars so came back on his day off to finalize my purchase and his colleague, Yaz, helped me. He was able to pick up exactly where I left off with Jeff and worked just as hard to close the sale as if he had invested the time up front. They worked like a team to help me the customer - not territorially, just focused on their sale. They also worked together in conjunction with Gloria to make sure the financing went through and I could get my car at a time convenient for me. All around a great experience who his why I settled on a Toyota from Wallingford Toyota. More
