Last week Thursday, July 27, 2023, my wife and I picked up our brand new Subaru, Crosstrek, Support, from Gerald Subaru of Naperville. The experience from purchasing the vehicle through picking up the veh up our brand new Subaru, Crosstrek, Support, from Gerald Subaru of Naperville. The experience from purchasing the vehicle through picking up the vehicle was nothing but outstanding. This dealer even has a track set up in the back! Rob Milam made the whole process very easy. In addition, working with the GM and Mr. Price was also a pleasure. If you read my review on another Subaru dealership about eight weeks ago, you would want to insure you purchase your vehicle here! I am a decorated retired military veteran and was treated very poorly at other places. Keep up the great work Gerald Subaru! We love the SUV! More

Professional. I did not feel left out. I mean, I was updated throughout. The whole buying process/experience was done in just 3 hours! I guess it also helped that I did not feel left out. Nothing but pure class from each employee present. Nick was ESPECIALLY helpful and easy to work. I tried test driving a 2021 WRX since I was interested in purchasing. Couldn't do so the first day as promis was ESPECIALLY helpful and easy to work. I tried test driving a 2021 WRX since I was interested in purchasing. Couldn't do so the first day as promised, due to the car not yet passing PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection). Lenny had previously assured me that it would be ready for me to drive at our 7:15pm appointment I had scheduled (I scheduled it at noon). He had 7 hours to put the request in to ensure the WRX would pass the PDI, yet he failed to do so. When I came back THE VERY NEXT day after creating an appointment, Ubaldo (who I had yet to meet) told me that they were still not past PDI. After visually displaying frustration towards the management, Nick had come out of nowhere and stated that he is pulling up a 2021 WRX Base Model for me to test drive. Simply no questions asked from his end, just there doing good business with his customers. From that moment forward, I knew I wanted to solely work with Nick Gruic in purchasing this car. I ultimately bought a 2021 WRX Premium for a solid price thanks to Nick and his dedication to his career. I highly recommend his business if you're interested in buying a Subaru from this dealership. More

Ask for Quinton Carlson!! I had an absolutely wonderful experience! I went in having 3 under 10,000 mile 2020 Subaru Outback's picked out and ready to look at. After talking to Quinton for a few minutes, h experience! I went in having 3 under 10,000 mile 2020 Subaru Outback's picked out and ready to look at. After talking to Quinton for a few minutes, he realized that they were actually on the other Gerald Subaru lot. I explained that I needed to see all 3 cars in person to really be able to make the decision, and though I wanted to work with Quinton, I had to do that I needed to do and I was going to go to the other lot. Instead of just letting me go, Quinton went out of his way to ask a manager for permission and drove 25 minutes to to the other lot, show me the cars, and then drove back 25 minutes with the vehicle I liked the most. Keep in mind, I could have very well not bought a car, so he went out of his way to spend time going back and forth to another dealership so I could still work with Naperville (where I wanted to buy a car originally) instead of using his time to get the next customer who walked in! He then was very patient with me when after test driving I explained I didn't want to come in to buy a car until the next day so I could have a night to sleep on the decision. He helped me bring the price down and was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend Quinton Carlson at Subaru Naperville 100 times over! Nothing about my experience left a pit in my stomach or with buyer's remorse like my previous car purchase at another dealership had left me with. Highly recommend! More
