Our experience has normally been going to the dealership to get pressured into a car, then into some "protection packages", then some accessories, then going to the finance manager to get pressured into more things like extended warranties, or "further protections". I can honestly say, for us, there was no pressure at all at Martin Honda. Joe Robinson was patient with us and walked us through the entire process. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. I was a little apprehensive when it came time to talk to the finance manger, but Larry Murray was absolutely phenomenal. He worked with us to get the rate and payment that we wanted. Again, best experience we have ever had. And Michael Pijuan, a sales manager, came and talked to us after each of our test drives, but it was not like there was any pressure from him either. He seemed to genuinely care how our experience at the dealership went. I would highly recommend Martin Honda. More

We have leased 4 cars from him in the last 4 years because he is always straight up with us, always helpful and gives us great deals on cars. After the first lease car was totaled in an accident , Michael guided us through what needed to be done and of coarse we leased another car from him. I live in Maryland and leased my CR-V from him in Newark Delaware. He worked with me over the phone which made the final transaction so much easier when I went to do the deal. Now for the icing on the cake.......Michael worked with us again to lease another car.....this time for my girlfriend. Now I ask any MAN out there,,,would you send your wife, daughter or girlfriend to buy or lease a new car without you ? Of coarse not!!! Well I have learned through the years that Michael can trusted. I was shocked that he worked out an amazing deal with her. He treats us like we are close friends or family. We will be leasing another car from him in 2016 for sure.
