What a rare quality for a car dealership - and stark contrast to most other dealerships we have worked with in the past. Our Sales Advisor, Randy Miles, is always available and helpful. Randy is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service. We bought our latest car from Newton Nissan last night. I simply called Randy yesterday morning and told him what I was looking for. He located a vehicle immediately that met our needs and provided a very competitive price without putting us through the frustration and aggravation of "dickering" and fighting for a good deal. To complete the transaction and associated paperwork, Newton Nissan has a couple of great guys in the Finance Department. We have enjoyed working with both the Finance Director, Rob King, and the Finance Manager, Bruce Moss. Rob and Bruce are both extremely professional as well as being very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Buying a car always requires many documents and numerous signatures. Rob and Bruce make sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed in a quick and easy manner. Newton Nissan is a great car dealership that my wife and I enthusiastically recommend to family and friends! More

Alex Davis was the sales person whom I met first. GREAT GUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Friendly, professional, couldn't ask for a better person. It is people like Mike and Alex that make a business like Newton Nissan the best in the area! They both went above and beyond what was expected. I would and will actively recommend Newton Nissan to everyone I talk to that is in the marked for a new or used vehicle. I drove 50 miles one way to Newton Nissan and I can honestly say it was well worth it. To top it all off, Bob Newton himself came out to greet me and to ensure that I was totally satisfied! You just can't ask for more! More

My wife and I were not looking forward to purchasing another vehicle to say the least. It had been numerous years since our last and the thots of another "car payment" were totally repulsive especially another vehicle to say the least. It had been numerous years since our last and the thots of another "car payment" were totally repulsive especially since the prices of new cars have seemingly sky-rocketed over the years. We were introduced to Margaret who would walk us through the process. Margaret was gracious and very accommodating in listening to our needs and wants. It took a couple of days due to scheduling issues but we finally found the right vehicle which we felt would suit out needs. There was no "high pressure" sales pitch, nothing that made us feel like cattle approaching the final prod...just a friendly, laid back new car purchase. That was indeed a blessing. All said and done, we will return to Newton in the future for our automotive needs. More
