So, as a small business owner, I know the value of a good review. The team at Acura of Westchester was great! I was choosing between a Certified Pre Owned Acura RDX from Acura of Westchester, and a Certified review. The team at Acura of Westchester was great! I was choosing between a Certified Pre Owned Acura RDX from Acura of Westchester, and a Certified Pre Owned BMW X3 from a different dealer. When walking into Acura of Westchester, I was greeted with warm smiles and a very nice, "Hello, can I help you?" I explained what I was looking for and then directed to Matt Belov. Matt was very nice as he listened to my tale of having to get rid of my sporty sedan in favor of a more family oriented vehicle. I looked online at what they had in stock and told Matt that I would like to see the car I had picked out online. I said that I was looking at the 2 cars I mentioned and was looking to decide in the next few days which car I would be purchasing. No pressure from Matt, he showed me the car, we worked through the numbers and I was out within 45 minuted with the info I needed. I went to my next dealer and just did not find the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, with the options I wanted. I called Matt to purchase the RDX about 2 hours later. The whole process was about an hour and I picked up the car a day later. The team I worked with at Acura of Westchester, Matt, Danny, and Alex, was 100% on point, and left me with a very positive feeling. Which is how he introduced himself to me. Being that you get rated, it would have been nice to know his real name. Your location was the first my wife and myself decided to go. Spoke with Matt Belov and Jose Crespo last year in November and in December. My wife gave Matt her information as well as a copy of her license. We test drove the RDX Tech Package with Jose. Jose called me on the last week of December, only to tell me he'll call back with numbers. He never did. We decided to go to another dealer. To make this long story short we are very interested in purchasing the RDX with Tech Package but since your manager "Tony" said I can take my business elsewhere, I will. His exact words were " This is how we do business, I was to give him the information and if not that I can do business elsewhere."
