We are steeped in deep gratitude for our experience at this phenomenal dealership. The experience that we had was extraordinary. There was no dog and pony show with Mark - he truly was on our wavelength w us not wanting drama in our negotiations. There was absolutely no hidden agenda with it!! It was the 4th dealership experience looking for. 2024 vehicles the first was Lexus but Martin was the third Honda which proved that it was the lucky charm. We drove an hour and a half to Newark after placing a call and reaching Mark who was so wonderful over the phone. We have happily been Honda owners for 33 years!! Honda lovers & drivers. This is our eighth Honda since 1991 and in all of the purchases that we have experienced this experience whole heartedly supersedes all of the others. This dealership made such an impression that this will be our stop when choosing a dealership to do business with for evermore. PLEASE, do not hesitate to walk through the door. Every single person we encountered was exactly on point with what we were trying to walk away with. Our sales rep Mark was extraordinary. The sales manager could not have been kinder, more approachable, friendly and most importantly more workable and open to make the sale. Our finance manager .. an absolute superstar!! Not one thing in our purchasing experienced was pushed or uncomfortably recommended. It is beyond really difficult in this day and age to find a buying experience like this in any level of purchase. We walked away so proud of the owner of this business, so strikingly happy that we felt our deal was good and fair. NEVER !! not once did our request or negotiation produce a road block and it NEVER did ifeel shady or unfair. We never purchased a vehicle like this with such ease and enjoyment..
