I would definitely recommend this dealership however, not the sales agent Manuel Mateo! Manuel did not have a clue about not only Ridgeline but the Honda badge as well. When I asked about what options the Ri the sales agent Manuel Mateo! Manuel did not have a clue about not only Ridgeline but the Honda badge as well. When I asked about what options the Ridgeline that he was offering me he could not understand where he was to get the information on the vehicle. I wanted the internet description of the vehicles options, and he printed out 6-7 pages of a brochure! He described the vehicle as having a lot of extra options. He made it seem that it might have a roof rack and running boards, but when I ask the manager he said it was equipped with the off road package, obviously Manuel didn’t have a clue of what that was! The topper was when the scribble he wrote down on a sticky pad for the pay off that looked like $1,035 and not the $10,350 that was actually the number. Never felt any responsibility. Jimmy, the sales manager apologized and continued to find a way to make the deal work. I did walked out with a truck that I felt that I got a good deal on, no fault of Manuel though. If Manuel walks up to you when you walk in, DO NOT LET HIM ACT AS YOUR SALESPERSON! Many other negative actions from Manuel during the sale. Horrible Salesperson! I have bought over 25 new cars over a period of 30 years and this guy should not be selling shoes let alone cars! More
