I had been to two NY Toyota dealerships where I live. One was horrendous, treated me like I did not matter. I noticed that I was the only customer in the entire dealership and left. I felt so comfortable that I purchased a car, sight unseen! When I arrived at your dealership the first thing I noticed was many customers inside....immediately I felt better. Mark Stevens was so patient with this old lady, showed me everything on the car and helped me hook up my phone to the Toyota app.......amazing!
