I would take you Chevrolet vehicle to another dealership for service. Left my truck for a check engine light to Larry H. Miller Chevrolet Murray yesterday morning at 9 AM (I had an appointment). I haven't h for service. Left my truck for a check engine light to Larry H. Miller Chevrolet Murray yesterday morning at 9 AM (I had an appointment). I haven't had any update on the status a day later. I left multiple voicemails and text messages. Nothing! A while back I wanted them to take a look at an Infotainment issue but no service techs that day so no luck. Maybe it is the lack of service techs which ripples through to the service reps but they should at least give you an update. Even calling the main number for the operator was a bad experience. Take your Chevy someplace else! More
Jeff Syphus helped me find a great car! After spending some time to understand my priorities and test driving, he made a recommendation for one that I hadn't originally considered. He was a treat to work with and made it a painless experience. From beginning to end, everyone was friendly and helpful. I didn't feel pressured or rushed, and I don't have concerns about the quality of my car. More

I had to call to the GM store online and they say the answer from the dealership is that they already give me my mats… that never happened and they didn’t refund me. I’m very disappointed and mad. I’m still waiting for they to call me to pick up my mats amd for sure to see the signature and date of the person who THEY say pick up my mats because definitely wasn’t me. More
In July 2022, our lease was up on our Chevy Blazer and we wanted to turn it back in and get another vehicle. We really wanted a Chevy Suburban, but in working with Kody at Larry H. Miller Chevrolet in Murra wanted to turn it back in and get another vehicle. We really wanted a Chevy Suburban, but in working with Kody at Larry H. Miller Chevrolet in Murray were told that there were none on the lot and they weren't expecting any new models for several months. Kody kept digging and found a Chevy Suburban that was used and reportedly only had 6,138 miles on the vehicle, but was at another Chevy dealership and could have it delivered. Prior to him finding this Suburban, Kody told us that Larry H. Miller does not sell cars for over invoice, while other dealerships were taking advantage of low inventory and high demand. We should have asked what the policy was for used cars. He pressured us into purchasing the vehicle sight unseen, as he said it would sell before he could ever get it on the lot if we waited. We ended up paying $87,000 for an LS model. When we got the vehicle there was actually 8K miles (didn't match contract). LHM did try to make up for this by adding leather seat covers after the fact. We decided, this last week (January 2023) that the Suburban is too large and went to another dealership (Jerry Seiner Chevrolet) that had the the model and color of vehicle we wanted in stock (Chevy Trailblazer). When we had them look at the Suburban for trade-in, they couldn't believe we paid so much for the car we had. They said they get brand new LS's for $61K! We are $20K upside down on this vehicle! We were completely taken advantage of at Larry H. Miller Chevrolet Murray!!! Checking with other dealerships, many have said they won't charge above invoice on new vehicles nor above Blue Book on used cars. We would NOT ever recommend Larry H. Miller and further more, if you decide to do business with them, you should double and triple check EVERYTHING!!! Buyer BEWARE!!! More
I had a total melt down when I brought my 1998 Silverado in because the check engine light came on. It Nov.30,2022, I was told it had 2 shift solenoids sticking and internal wiring harness was bad. They wer in because the check engine light came on. It Nov.30,2022, I was told it had 2 shift solenoids sticking and internal wiring harness was bad. They were replaced cost $1056.44, picked it up 8 Dec. Time I got one mile check engine light came back on. Called them right away told to bring it back on 12 Dec. I was told it needed a new ignition switch, it was causing 2-3 shift solenoid to loose power. Replaced cost $ 507.57. picked up 17 Dec and same thing happened check engine came on with in a mile. Took it back Dec.22 they could find nothing, picked up 3Jan.2023, light was off but came back on. Took it back 9 Jan. told it needed a engine control module cost $470.00, I said I had put in all I could, was not offered any help to compensate me for what I had already paid. So now I have my truck home check eng. light still on, they told me to drive it and pay no mind to light. This truck has under 90,000 miles, I bought it new. So I am not happy with this dealership,I would pay for cost of part but I have already paid plenty labor cost. The people were all nice but that don't cut it as they took my money. Les Seely More

The Service department has a guy, Dylan, who demonstrated the kind of customer service that I have rarely experienced. He was helpful, informative, and most of all friendly. From that, I can recommend LHM, and specifically their Service department, and Dylan. No longer will I need to ponder what Chevrolet Dealership is best. Dylan showed what customer service should be. Don't bring a non-GM vehicle here for trade-in! !! We had a really bad experience Saturday 10/29/22 shopping with Larry H Miller Chevrolet Murray. We were looking at trading in our 2015 Honda Ody !! We had a really bad experience Saturday 10/29/22 shopping with Larry H Miller Chevrolet Murray. We were looking at trading in our 2015 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite for a really low mileage 2022 Tahoe LT. We spent hours there with two very nice salesman working through what we wanted and they even drove us down to another LHM Chevrolet in Provo to pick up the unit we ended up wanting. That portion was all fantastic, but as soon as it came time to talk numbers things turned in a hurry. The GM had already tried to push us towards some more expensive options. When we got back with the vehicle from Provo he was watching us like a hawk. He teased my wife about her parking job, which was not appreciated. We spent an hour starting the paper work and waiting on the appraisal for our trade-in. It needed some significant work done, but the LHM Honda up the street had already offered us $9K for it. When it finally came back, without a word they tried to just slide in a LOWBALL OFFER of $500 trade-in value in the offer price for the Tahoe!!! Luckily I was paying attention. When I told them that was insultingly low they acted shocked and tried to gas-light us into thinking that was all it was worth. I demanded our keys back and told them we were leaving. They instead brought the offer for the Tahoe back with no trade-in value included. I again demanded my keys. We stood up to leave and they brought us our keys. Then the GM came over acting all shocked that we didn't accept the $500 offer. He had a hand scribbled mathematical sum on a piece of paper that was illegible and told us they needed to do over $14K worth of work on our trade-in, so it wasn't worth more than $500. I showed them the printout of the results of the inspection the Honda store had already done showing only $4K of needed repairs (at external labor rates). I demanded to know what other work made up the other $10K difference and they couldn't tell me. They could have dropped a brand new engine and transmission in it for less than that made up figure (I know Honda had already given me a quote, even at external labor rates). We walked out and went back to Honda and leased a Pilot instead. They gave us the $9K trade-in value without a problem. We would highly recommend avoiding the Chevrolet dealership and hitting Honda instead. They treated us very well. I would have been perfectly fine if they were honest and transparent that it didn't make sense to take our trade since they didn't have the parts or Honda expertise. We could have talked through options to sell it elsewhere and then come back and buy the Tahoe. But instead they did their best to try and gas light us first. Only when we were on our way out the door did they give up the ruse and try to be honest about it. Shame on them! More
