Shawn was great to work with. He made me feel comfortable and at home, kind of like talking to a friend. He did everything possible to get me what I was looking for and at the price I was wantin comfortable and at home, kind of like talking to a friend. He did everything possible to get me what I was looking for and at the price I was wanting. I would certainly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a car. The people that I worked with at McKluskey answered my every question and went out of the way to find the exact car I was searching for, delivered it to my work for a 24 hour trial, all on a tight time sc every question and went out of the way to find the exact car I was searching for, delivered it to my work for a 24 hour trial, all on a tight time schedule. When it came to financing terms they were flexible in helping me finance the way I desired, again working with my busy schedule to have paperwork ready so I could be in and out the door. All in all, a great purchasing experience. More

Our family is a 'repeat' customer. So, it's true I believe in the sincere professional people at the company. My problem was in deciding between two diffferent types of vehicles. I made three trips believe in the sincere professional people at the company. My problem was in deciding between two diffferent types of vehicles. I made three trips to check the Malibu and the Equinox. Bay knew my needs and he clarified the price - value - performance comparisons. Between the visits, he phoned me to help reach a decision. Also, he asked Walt to email me a pricing analysis. On the date of delivery of the Equinox, it was Bay's day off. However, he met me when I arrived to ensure it was prepared and full of fuel. Then, he spent more time reviewing the On-Star, Bluetooth, and how to check fluids. As I was at the dealership several times, I could see the associates working with other customers. I always observed helpful attitudes and overall happiness in their transactions. I could sense a difference at the company. There was lots of action, but there seemed to an attitude that each customer was important. I think the employees have pride in their jobs. More
