Sales experience great, financing experience a nightmare. Mark was great to work with. Unfortunately my financing experience was far from satisfactory. The interest rate I ended up with was much higher than e Mark was great to work with. Unfortunately my financing experience was far from satisfactory. The interest rate I ended up with was much higher than expected. I had two follow ups with the finance person as some paperwork was not given me to sign on the day I purchased my vehicle. I discovered the vehicle was leaking oil and took it to a Honda dealer (the vehicle was still under warranty) and it was discovered that the lug nut on the oil pan was not properly tightened from the oil change done at O'Daniel. More

Extremely happy I cannot express how wonderful this dealership was. We came to the dealership with a specific car in mind and they not only showed us that one but als I cannot express how wonderful this dealership was. We came to the dealership with a specific car in mind and they not only showed us that one but also several other options that were similar. The staff were so friendly and able to answer any questions that we had. They were not pushy at all and we felt that we were able to confidently make a decision without being influenced by the salesman. We looked at and test drove quite a few cars so we were there for several hours and the dealership was technically closed by the time we were done but that did not stop the employees from being kind and helpful. They were also very straightforward with how much everything costs and explained exactly where our money was going. My parents recommended this dealership and I can see why, I definitely recommend going to this dealership for a great car buying experience. More
