Excellent Service!! Let me start off by saying I've never had a great experience purchasing used cars in the past. I won't say they were terrible, they just weren't very Let me start off by saying I've never had a great experience purchasing used cars in the past. I won't say they were terrible, they just weren't very enjoyable for various reasons. So, when I started working with Mark Butler at ODaniel to look at several cars I'd found online, I was a little skeptical that this experience would be any better than every other time. I was definitely wrong because Mark was very helpful and patient and never tried to push me into anything. I never felt like he was trying to do anything other than what I wanted and what was best for me. I finally decided on a Camry and noticed that there was some scratching and damage along the bottom of the door. Mark talked to his manager Will and they offered to repair it in their body shop at no cost to me. Also, there was only one key to the car and they also paid to have another one made for me and it was the key fab style not just a regular metal key. I agreed to purchase the car and everything was very easy from there on. I went back a few days later once their body shop could get the car in and Mark set me up with a loaner car to drive for the 3 days my car was being repaired. His manager Will even went so far as to scrape off the windows of the loaner car and warm it up for me. Overall my experience was very good and I would recommend it to anyone. More

Word of Mouth I was in a crunch and needed a different car quickly. With little knowledge of what I wanted and what I could afford, I began asking people at work. Three separate individuals gave Mark a thumbs up recommendation, each one had heard from the other. This truly was a word of mouth referral. I called the dealership to see if he was working that evening and if he could talk with me. He was going to be there and I met him immediately after work. He patiently listened to my needs and we found a great fit for me. Josh in financing was also very patient and helped me navigate the world of loans.
