I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the entire staff, as well as the lengths to which Mark made sure I was comfortable in my purchase. I had a price that I HAD to stick to, and Mark made sure I found a vehicle that I adored, while staying in that price range. I felt comfortable, excited, and most importantly, knowledgeable about my purchase when I left that day. Mark made sure to answer every question I had. 2nd purchase of the year and experience was awesome!! Took the wife's car in to trade in on a newer used Dodge Durango. The experience at this dealership is just awesome and I will always come back. Brett was great to deal with in replacement of Mark and we found the car the wife was looking for and Brett even got the numbers lower than we expected!! When it came to the financial side of the car we asked to deal with Andrea and like last time she just makes everything more easy to understand. Andrea even delayed her lunch so we could work with her and that right there is customer service in it's best specially when she is hungry!!! More
