I had the pleasure of working with Mario to purchase my 2015 Jeep Patriot and he was extremely knowledgeable about the car and made sure the car was in perfect condition for me. Carlos was extremely helpful in assisting in getting me financed for the vehicle. He is always helpful as he has been my finance person here each time. If it wasn't for this type of service I would not have bought the car. I'd been to a number of dealerships and there was no comparison in any category, price, service, honesty, and just helping me get what I wanted. I also bought an extended warranty because of Davids honesty. I told him about the low ratings the warranty company had on line when I checked them out. From start to finish Mario was very customer service orientated and showed us only the cars we asked to see. We came in on a Monday and picked our new car up on Thursday which was the day of our choice. Mario had all the paperwork and car ready for us.
