It is the easiest buying process, they register the car for you and not to mention, their no hassle pricing makes the car buying experience that much easier. Awesome no pressure, easiest time I’ve ever had buying a ca! Mario was a wonderful no pressure informative sales person! He directed me right to the car I had been looking at on line. Everyone at the dealership Mario was a wonderful no pressure informative sales person! He directed me right to the car I had been looking at on line. Everyone at the dealership was professional and curtious, from the receptionist to Mario my salesperson to Dave the one who helped with financing and walked us through all our options. I would definitely recommend this dealership and if you look around they have the most reasonable prices!! I bought a 2016 Chevy equinox and I love it! More

If there was any issues on day one I would not have traveled 35 miles through dreaded Boston traffic to be treated poorly. Keep up the good work guys. Customers like myself really do appreciate it. I came in via appointmen First of all I would love to thank Mario Lee my salesman for providing me with a very structured yet un-pressured experience. I came in via appointment with the goal of buying a 2013 Subaru BRZ. When I arrived Mario had the car ready to go, handed me the keys and I was off on my test drive, when I came back he had assessed my trade, and made me an offer. We then began the process of paperwork (which I typically dread) and yet Mario had me laughing as well as feeling very comfortable the entire time. He was there to see it through until I drove away in my (new to me) car. Secondly I would like to thank Matthew Cygielnik the finance manager I delt With for putting in the work to accommodate my situation and needs financially. Matthew went over every aspect of my purchase thoroughly and answered every single one of my questions with an honest and concise answer. I have to say this has been the least pressured, stress free, car buying experience I have ever been through! Also I would like to thank Caroline Simmons the online consultant for her help with setting up my appointment and following up with me periodically prior to my visit. Lastly I would like to thank Richard Schiffer for keeping company during the process, getting my car ready for delivery and just helping oversee everything. I applaud the entire Bourne’s staff and if and when I ever need another vehicle this will be my first and last stop, thank you all for a pleasant experience. More

Easy process I came in to look at a few cars and Mario was super helpful! This was by far the easiest car purchasing experience that I've ever encountered! Good overall experience. This was a fairly easy car buying experience. The initial visit was easy to set up and when I got there to test drive the vehicle of interest it was r This was a fairly easy car buying experience. The initial visit was easy to set up and when I got there to test drive the vehicle of interest it was ready to go. After I indicated intent to buy, they (Mario) handled the next steps efficiently and stayed in close contact while we worked through the process. The only knock I have is that when I went to pick up the car it was discovered that my insurance company had not provided the information needed to complete the process. While I was still able to leave with the car (with dealer plates) I now have to go back to get my plates. This was avoidable and a bit of an inconvenience. Overall though, a good experience and I would do business with them again. More

Great car buying experience. I have been buying cars from Bourne's Auto Center since they opened in Easton as a small 1 room building. The people are friendly, professional and c I have been buying cars from Bourne's Auto Center since they opened in Easton as a small 1 room building. The people are friendly, professional and care about putting you in a car you love and can afford....! The last two cars I purchased which includes my daughter's car were done online. Amy got right back to me asking me questions about my lifestyle, price, what I wanted in a car. Perfect follow up. I met with Mario, ( he put me in my last car) who already had the cars I was interested in ready for me to test drive... from there It was Matt's turn who I requested (money guy), I had dealt with Matt in a previous purchase as well and wanted to work with him again. He found me a great payment plan for my car and I purchased it on the spot. One last comment about Bourne's Service Dept. Any repair, oil change, parts etc are handled professionally and in a no judgement atmosphere. Mike Clark is friendly and so efficient, like all of his employees who work with him, so much that my parents whose car wasn't purchased by Bournes (won't happen again :) ) have their cars taken care of at Bournes.... says alot about the people here. Love the place... clearly! More
