The rear headliner for my 2020 Rubicon kept falling. Waited 4hrs in the service waiting area to be told by Jack the service manager a new headliner had to be ordered. They were honest, upfront, and lead me to the most helpful solution; refinance. Mo made sure my medically complex daughter and I were taken care of and the team let us use a private office for an important virtual appointment. I bought my first dealership car here and my salesman, Jimmy, remembers me and it’s always wonderful to see him and the rest of the team when when I get my car serviced. This place, is just absolutely wonderful. As a single Mom, places may want to try and swindle you, this Jeep dealership will not.
