My Review of Okotoks Honda:
When I walked into Okotoks Honda I was greated with a hello and told if I had any questions to ask. I never felt pressured to buy and when I did decide to buy, they treated me with tons of respect and like we had been friends for years. Never did they try to up sell me but instead made sure I was geting the right vehicle for my needs.I will defenetly recommend people to go and buy a car there.

My Review of Okotoks Honda:
I first started using this dealership in May of 2002 when we bought a brand new Odyssey when they were still in High River. They were hands down the best for price and customer service so we chose to buy there even though we were living in the far North West of Calgary. We continued to go there for all our servicing. When I had an unfortunate accident in 2007 with that beautiful Odyssey, that I quite frankly credit with saving my life, I purchase a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid. They took such good care of me, getting me into something that I loved and being sensitive about the accident that I had endured. Of course, by this time, many of the staff new me well and genuinely cared that I was alright. A few more twists and turns in life later, after they had moved to the new Okotoks location, I was ready to be in a mini-van again. Of course, my Civic now had almost 317,000 km on it thanks to living in the country and Okotoks Honda's very attentive care with it. Once again, I was treated with care, respect, and enthusiasm. And given a very fair price on my new purchase. I actually look forward to my service appointments, when I get to see the familiar faces again. And even when there is extra stuff to take care of that is going to hit the pocketbook a little harder (and they reward loyalty well here too) the news is delivered by the ever charming Duane Soondarsingh which takes the bite out of it. And you know that he only does it when it is really necessary ;-P I've been in the other dealerships in the city for little things here and there and there is no comparison. I would never willingly go anywhere else.

Starting with our sales rep, Michael Cold,to the sales manager and the business manager and all staff we encountered, we really were made to feel at ease because of their warmth and friendliness. We were told Okatoks Honda was THE place to buy our next, new CRV and we are very glad we made the short trip down from Calgary!

My Review of Okotoks Honda:
Just picked up my 2012 Honda Pilot from Okotoks Honda. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership and on both occasions, the service has been second to none. Both Berton and Majed went out of their way to understand my families needs and we test drove both a Pilot and an Odyssey. When we arrived at the dealership the Odyssey was ready to go for the test drive, whilst we were out Berton had readied the Pilot for us to jump into straight away. There was no sales pressure, so we took around a week to decide after trying some other vehicles. When we decided on the Pilot, the trim level and color we wanted was not in stock, so they worked hard to source the right vehicle. Communication throughout was excellent, I added a couple of extras at the last minute and these were accommodated without a problem.

There are closer Honda dealerships to where I live, but it's well worth the extra drive to deal with Okotoks Honda. There seems to be an arrogance with some of the dealerships within the City of Calgary limits, you just don't get that with Okotoks Honda. They do not expect your business, they value it. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used Honda. Thanks again to Berton and Majed.

My Review of Okotoks Honda:
We have known Majed for the past ten years. He is extremely
knowledgeable and specializes in his "Honda-toys". I will have
to testify he goes out on a limb to satisfy any and all queries.

My daughter bought her Honda Civic and we bought our Honda
Accord in the early 2000s. We were exceptionally happy with
the service provided by Majed and his team of professionals.
And, you guessed it we bought a 2011 CRV with Majed being
our Honda sales rep ---- fantastic job Majed & as always,
your customer service is excellent!

We bought our Van from Majed - he was so good that when we buy our next Honda it will be from him no matter where he is! We honestly have never had a salesman care for us and follow the way he has.
I hope he does sales truing as part of his role at Honda - otherwise Honda would be missing out on a clear leader.

My Review of Okotoks Honda:
I and my family, who will no doubt be giving their own reviews, have leased at least 2 vehicles each through Majed Larbe over the last several years. It was his unique salesmanship that sold us all on driving Honda. I have never regretted my choice of vehicle, Majed has always made sure the model I got suited me in every way,making sure I could drive it comfortably and safely,and that it suited my needs and my bank balance. He takes the time to get to know his customers, and touches base with them to ensure they are happy with the vehicle,and listens to any concerns I may have.He is the only one I will go to when it is time for a new ride. I know he will ensure I get good service.

the service staff ,I am so sorry I can not name you all, are always friendly and respectful when I visit for regular maintenance or on the rare occasion I am having a small problem. I actually enjoy bringing in my van.You have a really good team and they do a great job representing the dealership.

I am looking forward to future dealings with Okotoks Honda, it is by far the best.

Dear Honda Customers,

To begin, I have always been a domestic car owner as I learned about cars from my father. I did not explore the world of foreign cars until I realized the positives, especially in Hondas. I grew to understand, with a young family, I needed the reliability, workman ship and resale value a Honda would provide. I also quickly realized the luxury in next to none and performance is unsurpassed in Honda.
I would like to start by saying I have know and worked with Majed since 2002. I desperately needed a family new family van as my Ford Windstar was not living up to my expectations.
Majed was feverishly assisting 3 different couples in the Honda parking lot when I arrived to look at my first Honda Odyssey van experience. Majed was showing different models and fielding many varied questions to these other inquisitive consumers soon to be Honda owners when I first saw him. Majed quite literally ran over to my wife and myself and asked if he could help as soon as he saw us showing interest in the van. Since that day, Majed has helped us with his commitment, expertise, compassion and friendship. I have also recommend Majed so highly; 2 personal friends have bought a new Honda with Majeds magic touch and for both were their first Hondas for their families.
On a more personal note, Majed once drove me to work in his new accord, after I had left my car to be serviced at the dealership. He did not want me to wait for the courtesy shuttle and fearing I would be late, once again took off like a flash and proved to me once again I could count on him to take care of me.
I have come to enjoy spending time with Majed, and a visit to the dealership turns into at gab fest, as we reminisce and catch up on our families and overseas trips! Majed always amazes me when he refers to our two children and remembers previous conversations and asks for updates on their lives!
To date, I have purchased 2 Odysseys, 3 Civics and 1 cr-v with Majeds’ assistance. I will continue to seek Majed for many more Hondas to come and continue to spread the work of Honda and Majed.
