These guys are not only extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles they're selling, they're also very understanding of the fact that not everyone can have an 800 credit score and $25,000 to throw down as a down payment. I'm a business owner that uses these trucks very extensively and they were willing to work with me. They were able to get me into a brand new F-450 despite less than stellar credit. I couldn't be happier and I will definitely be returning to this dealer for future vehicle purchases. More

He never once pushed me to buy the most expensive or hurried me up and I LOVED THAT! We got to meet Mr. Alfred and was just as courteous and willing to help. I walked in late in the evening on a Saturday and the guys in Finance Anthony, Jimmy, and MM Ross were amazing offering to hold the car I liked until Monday so that banks would be open to offer us a great interest rate. I'm in the accounting field and told them my time was golden especially during tax season. They made it so hassle free that we literally walked in and signed in no time and the car was ready to go as promised. The first one to help us was Brianna and she worked long and hard gathering information and talking with management on our behalf. Also, Tony who we have bought two vehicles from before was hands on in helping before preparing a plan for a sale and after the sale getting into the truck and on line for what was needed. David Hill worked tirelessly all day getting us the best deal and interest rate. We have also purchased vehicles from him at least two other times and in our opinion he is the greatest asset that Sam Pack's could have.
