Fernando was good to work with during the negotiation
process. Shaw was our person we worked with in finance. Our interest rate we were quoted at the start with Shaw was 7.99%, he told us if we add on so

Our interest rate we were quoted at the start with Shaw was 7.99%, he told us if we add on some of these General Dealer Warranty (GDW)products we would get a lower rate and they could be cancelled at any time just by calling GDW. I contacted GDW and was told they couldn’t cancel the policies the dealer has to cancel them. I then contacted Fernando and he said someone from finance would call me before the end of the day. I didn’t get a call back. After a week of waiting I went to the dealership and meet with Shaw and he said he would have to fill out the paperwork and then I would have to come back in to sign them. Another week went by and still nothing. Finally I sent a message to the GM Sam Raabe. A few hours later I received a call from Eddie Juica the finance manager. He got all but one of the GDW policies cancelled, he said one couldn’t be cancelled even though we were told they all could be cancelled. Anyone reading this my opinion is don’t trust anything they say in the finance department. I also do not recommend this dealership.

The only item in my opinion that is unresolved is the cancellation of the one GDW that I’m being forced to keep even though Shaw in finance said they could all be cancelled.
Great team and service.
