My one issuse was the time it took to get the process from credit approval to signing the final paperwork. I arrived at 930am not knowing the were open as i was just looking. HAPPY Surprise! But I didnt get into my new to me car until about 2:30pm to head home. My only "concern" though. I will highly recommend both Dick Scott and Ivan! More
