My name is Lorraine Head and I manage the Business Development Center. I’ve been employed with Capital Eurocars since early 2010. This is my first endeavor into the car industry; however what I’ve found is that skills acquired in my previous profession have allowed me to transition well into this new role. Although I am presented with several challenges daily, consistently I have found that I enjoy the “smiles” on the customer face. Whether the customer has just purchase a new vehicle or had service completed, if they are smiling as they exit, I know that we’ve honored our commitment to “The Better Way to buy”.

I have had my volvo for three years. I have allowed no other service department to provide service other than capital euro cars. Money is not a problem. Whatever they recomended for my c I have allowed no other service department to provide service other than capital euro cars. Money is not a problem. Whatever they recomended for my car I would make sure it is done. There 4 point inspection is horrible. They have never checked my tires or if they have never reported it to me. I had to replace all four tires. Although i know eventually the tires need to be replaced i was looking to the service team to let me know about my tires. I look to them to tell me what is going on with my car and they have not. .I honestly dont believe that the service department changed my oil the last time my car was there for maintenance. My oil still says 100% after 10000 miles. They always forget to top of fluids. Three weeks after completing the service on my car my windshield wiper fluid is empty. They offer a free car wash and vacum but only vacum the front of the vehchle. I leave messages for both service rep and manager and do not receive a call back. Although, I only have tried to call 4 times over the last 4 months with these issues and no call back. Therefore, I will be taking my business were it is appreciated and i can trust the service department. I need good services I can trust and depend on. More

It became clear that several issues had not been addre Came to Capital Eurocars to pick up our Mercedes that had been in for service for over a week. It became clear that several issues had not been addressed by the service agent. Lorraine stepped in. She gathered the information from service agent and the service mechanics and the service manager. After assessing the situation, she took action in a calm manner. She was positive with the staff not chastising them but seeing it as a training opportunity. We returned with the car the next week to complete the service. I was very impressed by her professionalism and that her personally handling of a customer issue. More
