2020 RDS purchase at Montclair Acura Decided to purchase an Acura RDX through the Costco Car Purchase Plan and was directed to contact Montclair Acura for a no haggle price. Was instantly Decided to purchase an Acura RDX through the Costco Car Purchase Plan and was directed to contact Montclair Acura for a no haggle price. Was instantly called by a representative who gave me a price right over the phone. Price was about $3500 below MSRP. Drove up the next day and was introduced to sales rep Lori Moore. She couldn't have been a more friendly and professional person to deal with. She answered all our questions, showed all the color combinations on the cars in stock along with the option packages. She made us feel very comfortable purchasing a car at Montclair Acura. We planned to pay cash but was suggested we finance for a short period and qualified for another $1500 savings. Can't say enough good things about Lori and Montclair Acura. More

We have been looking for a vehi My wife and I initially walked into the Acura dealership thinking we might take a look but probably not buy anything. We have been looking for a vehicle for about 2 months and the process was frustrating to say the least. We had been to multiple dealership and had some bad experiences, including, cancelled appointments while never being told, shown the same car multiple times that didn't start each time. When we started working with Lora we immediately realized this was different. Lora took us around the dealership to see multiple cars and was very patient with us as we struggled to come to a decision. When we did decide on the car we wanted to purchase the entire process was fast and easy. Our vehicle search lasted 2 months until we walked into DCH Acura where it was completed in 2 days. More
