Initially I was hesitant with buying a vehicle only through internet research. But when I found this vehicle, I called and the staff at DCH remained patient and honest throughout the experience. Lora even took photos of the vehicle before they were posted to the site and I really appreciated her going the extra mile for an out of town client who is calling over the phone. Once I arrived at DCH Montclair, Tony was waiting for me at the entrance..and literally walked me through the rest of the process. Tony made sure I was comfortable with moving forward and even talked me down from walking away from this deal. Even when I experienced trouble with the vehicle, DCH was willing to diagnose the problem or help me find a reputable service department that would find out the problem. DCH made right on their promise and helped me drive away with a safe, reliable vehicle at an affordable price. DCH is helping me rebuild my credit and my life, one step at a time.
